3. Check out the FamilySearch Activities
This week is easy and fun. For those who are behind or struggling to get an account, please call me [801.842.6793]. I want to help you!
For this weeks challenge, It's very simple. You are going to check out the FamilySearch Activities for 10 minutes while logged into your account, especially trying to find your ancestors but you can check out the famous people, where you came from, and more. I am hoping to get everyone caught up on the last two activities during this December season and so as a reminder #1. you need to have an account, #2. you need to have an ancestor you want to learn more about, and #3 (which is this week), you need to check out the FamilySearch activities.

Some really cool activities to get to know more ancestors depends on when they were born and when they died: (FIND THE ANCESTOR YOU CHOSE FROM WEEK 2)
- If you think they were born in 1950, the 1950 CENSUS activity is really cool! You can also see other grandparents and great grandparents listed.
- The ANCESTOR CHALLENGE checks if you can identify any of your relatives by their photographs.
- You can see the LIFE EVENTS that have already been found for ancestors like their wedding dates, birthdays, and more
- You can find out which CEMETERIES your ancestors were buried at. This can be so helpful and sometimes they are really small cemeteries in the middle of nowhere.
- CHALLENGING TIMES allows you to see some hard events that your ancestors were alive during including other pandemics and wars.
- OBITUARIES can be amazing to read and learn about details on ancestors and loved ones that were still alive
- FEMALE PIONEER challenge. We will use this feature again soon but I want you to feel connected to your female pioneers. A pioneer isn't just someone who crossed the plains but check it out and see what you find.
